Dunham Bridge Company Information

The bridge was built under the powers conferred by the Dunham Bridge Act 1830. This Act, as amended by the Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994, forms the Company ’s constitution.

Dunham Bridge Company is a private company with 71 shareholders, five directors and a company secretary.

There is currently no legal obligation to file the company accounts at Companies House.
